A new milestone for Indonesia’s young racing talent! Qarrar Firhand closed the final round of the Champions of the Future 2025 in Kristianstad with an impressive P9 finish in the Final – placing himself among the Top 10 drivers in the world’s most competitive karting stage.
From qualifying 10th in his group to fighting through intense heat races (P7, P13, P8, and two P5s), Qarrar’s determination and consistency shone throughout the weekend. His performance in the Super Heat (P8) and Final (P9) marked a breakthrough result, proving that he can compete with Europe’s elite.
“Every race is a learning experience, and finishing inside the Top 10 here gives me confidence. Now my full focus is on the FIA Karting World Championship next week – and I’ll give my very best for Indonesia,” said Qarrar.
This season also marks the beginning of a new journey as Qarrar joins the prestigious Ward Racing Official Team. With the support of leading Indonesian brands – Pertamina, Telkomsel, Mind ID, and Eiger – he is more motivated than ever to keep pushing forward and bring the Indonesian flag to the world stage.
