Qarrar Firhand, born on January 7, 2011, in Jakarta, is one of Indonesia’s young talents shining in the world of international kart racing. The Beginning of His Racing Journey
Qarrar’s journey in racing began at the age of five. With full support from his family, especially his father, Firhand Ali, he started honing his skills on various karting circuits in Indonesia. In 2024, Qarrar participated in 44 international races across Europe, including prestigious series such as the WSK Champions Cup and the Italian Championship. One of his standout achievements was finishing in tenth place in the opening round of the WSK Champions Cup in Lonato del Garda, Italy. During the race, Qarrar impressively overtook seven drivers in the final, showcasing his competitive spirit and exceptional skills.
Additionally, at the Trofeo Andrea Margutti held at the South Garda Circuit in Italy, Qarrar finished fifth, despite receiving a penalty that cost him second place. In the Italian Championship at La Conca, he once again demonstrated his impressive performance by securing a podium finish in third place, after starting the race from 21st position. These remarkable achievements earned him recognition from international racing media and the motorsports community.
Meeting Valentino Rossi
One of the most memorable moments in Qarrar’s career was meeting MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi at the VR46 headquarters in Tavullia, Italy. This encounter provided Qarrar with great motivation to continue developing himself and chasing his dreams. Future Plans
